SACADEMY-AWARD TO MUSHY, FOR CRAFTINESS (OR STUPIDITY)

SUMMARY:
 
1. General Pervez Musharraf (Mushy), besides being crafty, can also change
colors like chameleon, and stages stunts from time to time. His latest stunt is
naming of A.Q. Khan as "A Fall-Guy" with Simultaneous Presidential-Pardon.

2. USA reaction or lack of it, as well as ascribing Celebrity-Status to Mushy,
appears contradiction with reality and strange at best, demonstrating lack of
appreciation of what is happening or has happened...passing on nuclear
technology to the Three Axes Of Evil, North Korea, Iran, and Libya.

3. But wait a while, all is Not visible. USA knows very well that:
"Pakistan is the Mother Of Proliferation." Also that:
"Pakistan besides being an Atomic-Power, is also an Atomic-Problem."

4. USA is Not reacting due to reasons that are entirely Opportunistic. USA is
marking its time. Its hands are tied up in Afghanistan and Iraq, besides the
oncoming USA Election. When the Opportune Moment arrives, and Mushy's Usefulness
ends, USA will spit Mushy out like PAAN. This kind of Iron-Handed and
Iron-Fisted action, is entirely within USA character and Make-Up. The Noose
around Pakistan's Neck, can be expected to Tighten-Up , as soon as the Opportune
Moment arrives.

5. In the interim for India, there is absolutely no need nor any reason, to
kow-tow to USA. India:

a. Is Knowledge-Center, China Is Not Knowledge-Center.
b. Has an Enormous Comparative Economic-Advantage

6. India ought to purchase Advanced Technology from the West, using the earnings
of India's Huge Technical Manpower, then improve upon this technology, and
become the Finalist-In-Technology. India should also start offering
Subcontracting Services to Major Internatioanl Companies. Absolutely First-Rate
Units and Things, such as Missile-Parts, Aircraft-Components, Ship and Submarine
Parts can be manufactured in India, at a fraction of what it costs in USA and
West. Besides giving technical experience and expertise, this activity shall
make India Enormously-Rich, more than able to purchase anything that it desires.

1. General Pervez Musharraf (Mushy) can shift gears, flounder, flicker, flutter,
and change colors like a chameleon, and he is considered smart for pulling these
kinds of mutations/stunts repeatedly. In his latest stunt, Dr. A.Q. Khan (father
of Paki Nuclear Bom) has taken all the blame for Pakistan's
Proliferation-Activities of several years. It was rumored that Dr. Khan would
not go down without a fight, but apparently Mushy has talked him out of such
bravura and bravado, and granted him a Presidential-Pardon also in Double-Quick
Time. Since it was a Rigged-Up Stunt any way, Presidential-Pardon was a
forgone-conclusion, there is nothing inconceivable in this, Mushy did everything
himself. The close-up on Mushy is that, he nominated Dr. Khan for "A Fall-Guy,"
and got Dr. Khan to co-operate and comply. Mushy has succeeded again, in the
midst of Hellish-Chaos of Pakistani-Politics. But has Mushy succeeded or is his
A** showing?

2. This crafty-stunt of the crafty-general, in Mushy's Style and Smoothness, is
really no surprise at all. Mushy has pulled many stunts in the past, this is
another one from Mushy.
What is most amazing is USA reaction, what baffles a casual observer is this:
Why is the USA buying this crap from Pakistan, is the USA witless or
simple-minded? No, USA is nothing of the sort. More later!

No matter what standards you use, this is another milestone in the crafty-career
of Mushy, this is not the first stunt, that Mushy has pulled. Yet he continues
to enjoy celebrity-status in USA, despite all kinds of, what the USA regards as
Strong-Transgressions. The evidence of Paki-Proliferation is huge, the magnitude
of this proliferation is such, that it could not have taken place, without the
active support and participation of Paki-Army, and Paki-Government. All three
countries, Libya, Iran, and North Korea, to which Pakistan has transfered
nuclear technology, enjoy USA's FATWA OF MERIT:
"Axis Of Evil."

This FATWA does not come out of nothing, and the FATWA has not been retracted by
the USA, it still stands. Besides, the three axes of evil, could resell the
nuclear-technology ( acquired from Pakistan) further, for their own benefit.

3. It is well known to nearly everybody, especially to USA, that these three
countries constituting the AXES OF EVIL, were the most favored destinations of
Dr. A.Q. Khan. Dr. Khan visited Iran 18 times, North Korea 13 times, and Libya 7
times.
Mushy claims that Dr. Khan had acted out of pure greed, he is choosing to shelve
under the dirty-rug, the entire story of finanacing and starting of Khan's
Engineering Research Laboratory in 1976. Financing of this laboratory was
arranged by Former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, from Libya,
Iraq, and Saudi Arabia. In exchange, Pakistan (Dr. Khan) was to develop an
Islamic-Bomb, and deliver it to these countries for use against Israel.

4. Mushy is also well aware that Pakistan acquired, its Ghauri Missile
(Nodong-Missile of Korea) from North-Korea. Pakistan has been claiming that it
produced the Ghauri-Missile. Both India and USA know it very well that Pakistan
obtained this missile from North-Korea. Dr. Khan made repeated trips to
North-Korea for this missile, at one time he headed a ten-men delegation to
North-Korea. Dr. Khan's position was that:

Pakistan must have this missile, it is nuclear-capable, if the North-Koreans
demand nuclear-technology in return, then give it to them, and that is exactly
what he did. To say that Pakistani Governement did not know anything about it,
is the biggest joke in the Universe.
There was no production of Ghauri-Missisle in Pakistan, North-Koreans supplied
this missile in knocked-down condition. All that was required for Pakistanis to
do, was to assemble it, and assemble they did, and claimed the development of
Ghauri-Missile as Pakistan's Achievement. In exchange, Pakistan supplied the
enrichment technology to North-Korea.

5. USA knew this Pakistan North-Korea collaboration, its department of energy
and CIA issued reports about this collaboration, in 1999 and 2001. But at this
time:
" USA Has Decided To Keep Quiet About It (for tactical-reasons of their own)."
USA has decided to ignore the harsh truth that:
"Besides being an Atomic-Power, Pakistan is also an Atomic-Problem."

But Mushy does not need to be discreet nor disconnected, he is going to
inordinate lengths to boldly lie through his teeth, and float an absurd and
ludicrous story for the world, by announcing his rigged-explanation of greed, on
the part of some individuals/employees, that the government of Pakistan knew
nothing about. Who is Mushy kidding? How irritational and incredible can he get?
He is expecting the world to believe his Arabian-Night story. This explanation
is classic in its dishonesty, while Mushy is running for cover, and evidence of
Pakistani-Proliferation of nuclear-technology is multiplying.

The pity is the USA is buying this Arabian-Night Story, which is as Phoney as
Adam's Rib. USA considers it propitious and profitable, to shove the massive
evidence of Paki-Profileration under the rug, at least for the present time.
That is why USA has come out in Double-Quick Time, to defend Mushy and the
Paki-Government, after the news of Dr. Khan's Admission broke out? Why? Why?

6. Just take a look at USA position:
USA claims that it does not know anything, about Paki-Government's and Mushy's
part in the massive proliferation of nuclear technology, to the three Axes Of
Evil.

Why can't the USA now see this evidence? Has this massive evidence evaporated
all of a sudden, or is it being ignored? It is a Terrible-Burden On
Intelligence, to believe this kind of BULL-SH** coming out of USA. USA spends
billions of dollars on its intelligence activities, and on its massively-funded
intelligence-agencies. USA's intelligence agencies, particularly the CIA, are
over-flowing with intelligence-information. They knew everything about Saddam
Hussain's nuclear weapons (which so far have not been found), and Saddam's
Connections with Terrorist-Activities (which so far have not been proved
either), but had no idea at all, of Pakistan's Massive-Proliferation of
Nuclear-Technology, to nations that are well-known to the USA as the Axes Of
Evil. Is this kind of selective-screen on intellignece convincing or credible?

No, it is not credible at all, no matter how shrewdly USA edits its position.
Anybody who places confidence in this explanation, can swallow and fall for just
about any account of the events.

Pakistan is the Mother Of Proliferation, and USA more than likely knows that,
but has chosen to ignore it, for reasons of their own.

7. Inspite of its touting of slogans of Human-Freedom and Democracy, USA does
not act out of Moral-Considerations. USA always acts in ways that it considers,
are in its National-Interest. USA-Pakistan relations are very complex. USA has
been arming Pakistan for decades. Pakistan has been USA's Puppy-Dog for decades.
You do not start kicking your Puppy-Dog, just because he barks too much, or
bites a few neighbors. You tolerate these irritations, in hopes of some other
benefits ( real or imaginary) that the USA, and some in the West hope to obtain
from Pakistan. The USA ought to be joining up with India, in a concerted effort
to fight terrorism, including the Islamic (Pakistani) Terrorism in our Kashmir.
But USA has no such intention, instead USA aims to divest Kashmir from us, and
deliver it to their Puppy-Dog Pakistan, inspite of Strong Pakistani
Nuclear-Transgressions.

USA-China relations are also very complex. USA has been supplying technology to
China, in spite of its horrendous human rights record, and its forcible
occupation of Tibet, and suppression of Tibetans in Tibet. USA's Irritation of
Tibetan-Suppression is mostly perfunctory. USA is not interested in dislodging
nor neutralizing Chinese in Tibet.

8. Is there any explanation for USA's ignoring of the Death-Machine of
Pakistani-Proliferation? Possibly, there is, one explanation is that:
USA considers Pakistan, and especially Mushy, useful in the pacification of
Aghanistan. They don't want to stir things up, by publically whipping Pakistan
for its bad-behavior in profilerating nuclear-technology. They don't want to
make things more difficult for themselves, while their hands are full in Iraq as
well, and Bush's election is becoming not only trickier, but a question mark as
well.

But what would happen when Pakistan's usefulness (real or imaginary) ends? It is
quite possible that Pakistan's own admissions shall be held against it, and
Pakistan shall be asked to explain its conduct. USA will try to make a pretense
of Internationalization of the problem, by taking it to the Security-Council,
and make a motion for opening up of Pakistan's Nuclear Labs for
International-Inspection. Pakistan's protestations to the contrary shall not
stand, because the evidence of proliferation of nuclear technology, against
Pakistan is just too strong.

9. Musy has expressed fears about this kind of possiblity in the past, and has
cautioned his country-men to proceed carefully about it, and not push USA too
far. But Mushy has been a risk-taker for a long time. He is also an opportunist,
par excellence.

This time around Mushy, by shifting a few gears, has again achieved a
Celebrity-Status, by making himself INDISPENSABLE. The crafty-general has turned
the Hellish-Chaos of Pakistan, to his advantage. In the eyes of USA, Mushy is
now even more Indispensable, than before. USA has chosen to ignore the Huge
Paki-Proliferation, at this point in time, for reasons of their own. USA
possibly believes that Mushy is needed, to keep the lid on the Nuclear-Genie in
Pakistan. Bushy (George W. Bush) may also need Mushy for victory in the coming
USA elections.

10. Is USA getting a lesson from Pakistan in state-craft? Hardly, except Yo-Yo
Colon Powell, who is a Dummy, the rest of the Bush-Cabinet, is not getting any
education out of Mushy. They are just opportunistically ignoring the evidence of
Paki-Proliferation.

Regarding Indispensability: No body in the world should be Indispensable, and no
body is. And Mushy is Not an exception to this rule, the crafty-general (Mushy)
knows that, he has just chosen to be an OPPORTUNIST. USA will also dump Mushy,
when they no longer need him. At that point in time, USA will spit him out like
Paan.

11. USA likes to treat the world as Uniplex (Unipolar), in which they are the
biggest honcho, in which they are the only ones who are in control, where they
are the only ones whose fingers, are on the control switch. This kind of
situation is not workable nor maintainable, except on a temporary basis. They
are already signs that Unipolar world is evolving into a Multipolar World,
albeit slowly, but it is happening for sure. In a few more years from now, the
political and military situation of the world shall be totally different.

12. USA also has a reputation for betting on the wrong-horse, just like the Agha
Khans. Pakistan is a sinking ship, it is doomed to failure, USA's long-term
interests demand, that for its own good, it break away from the Failing and
Failed State Of Pakistan. But USA is bound by its old habit of, betting on the
wrong-horse, consequently USA is not planning to break out of Pakistan's
Losing-Situation, it will continue to hang around the sick-horse of Pakistan,
for some time more.

USA still has not gotten a grip on reality, they are trying to pretend that
India still is not a nuclear power. The reality is that India will soon test
fire Agni-III and Agni-IV, and shall be able to deliver nuclear weapons to all
of China, and to the rest of the world as well. This is happening inspite of
lack of, de-jure recognition of our status as a NWS (Nuclear Weapons State) by
the USA.

13. India has an enormous pool of competent technical-manpower, which is
available at a fraction of the cost, at which these skills are purchased in USA
and the West. This is a Colossal Economic-Advantage, that India has over every
other country of the world. This Economic-Advantage gives India a Huge Economic
and Technical Muscle, this powerful-muscle will soon put a Squeeze on USA as
well as on the West. In the coming years, USA will lose huge export markets, if
it fails to stay competitive in the international market place. Given the
cost-structure of labor in USA, USA cannot compete in the International
Market-Place, without employing Cheap Technical-Labor from India. This being the
case and reality of market place in the world, you can guess how USA will act to
resolve its economic-dilemma, USA will not follow a course, that would make it
cut its own throat. In other words, to survive in the modern international
market, the USA in its own interest, shall be forced to employ cheap Indian
Technical labor. Because of this factor alone, there is absolutely no need for
India to kow-tow to the USA or to the West.

What India needs to remember is that:
"INDIA HAS A HUGE COMPARATIVE ECONOMIC-ADVANTAGE."

14. It needs to be clearly understood that:
India is a Knowledge-Center, China is NOT a Knowledge-Center. India soon will
be:

A Tower Of Massive-Talent.

India also has an enormous economic-advantage. This economic-advantage is going
to force USA to change its attitude towards India. Comparative Economics of the
world, will squeeze USA hard, as it is going to lose huge export markets,
without resort to use of cheap technical labor from India, which is available in
India in massive quantities. India has seven to eight times as many college
graduates as China. India is also an English-Speaking country, which China is
not. India has 300 plus million English-Speaking people. China has nothing of
the sort.

What India ought to do is, to use the huge export earnings by India's
Technical-Labor, to buy Advanced Technology (including advanced military
technology) from the West, perform reverse engineering on this advanced
technology-hardware, and improve it further to get ahead technologically. India
needs to be amongst the Finalists, India must not play the Runners-Up Game any
more. India has a huge army of highly-trained but relatively inexpensive (by
Western and American Standards and Rates Of Pay Prevailing in Advanced
Countries) technical manpower available to do this kind of work. This will not
only bring wealth into the country, but also create lots of technical-jobs for
Indians. Eventually, USA shall be forced to co-develop and co-produce advanced
weapons with India, because of the:

COMPARATIVE ECONOMIC-ADVANTAGE, that India enjoys..

15. Another area for India to locomote in, is the field of Sub-Contracting.
India's Manufacturing Skills are developing at a Break-Neck Speed. In a few more
years, these skills shall equal or exceed Chinese Manufacturing Skills. India
should start sub-contracting the fabrication and production of High-Tech Items,
for Major International companies. Units and Things such as Missile-Parts,
Aircraft components, Submarine and Ship pieces and components for International
High-Tech Companies, can be manufactured in India, at a fraction of the cost in
USA and West. Getting Engaged and Involved in a Big-Way, in this area shall give
India, not only huge technical experience and skills, but also concomitant
expertise in, the design and development of modern technologies. It should be
undeniably visible to every body, that this activity shall earn India, huge
amount of valuable foreign-exchange as well.
